CONFIRMATION

To confirm a booking, transfer a non-refundable booking fee of 50% via Paynow (UEN 202551276W) or bank account to OCBC 701-327637-001 within the next 3 days or your slot will be released. An invoice will be sent to you shortly. Credit card payments are accepted via airwallex, payment has to be made in full and subjected to a convenience fee of 3.4% (MCC - 7298).

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

1. All bridal makeovers include complimentary skin preparation, touch up kit, eyebrow grooming, false lashes, groom's makeover and transportation within Singapore.

- Hair accessories can be rented at $50 with $50 refundable.

- Hair extensions can be rented at $100 with $50 refundable.

Items are to be couriered back to the artist's place and the deposits will be refunded upon receiving the items back.

2. All non-bridal makeovers include complimentary basic skin preparation, eyebrow grooming, false lashes and transportation within Singapore.

SURCHARGES

Early • $160 | $130 | $100

Applicable for makeovers that start at/before 4am | 6am | 8am, applicable per artist. To avoid the surcharge, clients have to start 15min after. i.e. to avoid the 8am surcharge, the booking will have to be from 8.15am onwards.

Public Holiday • $80

Applicable for bookings that fall on a Public Holiday.

Distance • $50

Applicable for makeovers at locations such as Sentosa, Coney Island, Changi Airport, Pulau Ubin etc.

Late • $50

Applicable if client is late and the makeover starts more than 30min after scheduled time. Likewise, amount will be refunded if the artist were to be late for 30min or more.

Overdue • $100

Applicable if payment is not received within 1 week after service has ben provided for.

 

POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATIONS

Postponement/ Rescheduling
• Postponement due to Government regulations  is allowed once, up to 1 year with no additional cost.

• Postponement not due to Government regulations or subsequent postponement will incur a 15% fee on client's total invoiced amount as potential clients could have been turned away for client's original date.

• In the event the assigned artist is not available for the new timing/ date from the postponement, the company will assign the next best artist for the new date, or the client can choose to convert the booking fee into credits that can be used for other services. Credits will expire after 1 year from initial scheduled date. 

• Rescheduling a week prior to the event date will incur a fee of 25% on the total invoiced amount.

Cancellations

Booking fee is strictly non-refundable as other clients may have been turned down while we preserve your date for you. 50% of the amount will be forfeited while the remaining 50% will be converted into credits to be used for other services. Credits cannot be used on the same day, it needs to be used within 1 year from your event date. For cancellations a week prior, i.e. event date as the 7th day, will automatically forfeit your full booking fee.

CLIENT SATISFACTION AND REFUND POLICY

At Canvaseety, client satisfaction is important to us, and every service is carried out with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. To ensure a positive experience for all parties, the following policy applies:
 

Satisfaction During Service
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences and raise any concerns before and/or during the service. Reasonable adjustments will be made at the time of application to address feedback where possible.
 

Acceptance of Services
Once the service has been completed and the client has departed, the service shall be deemed accepted in full.
 

No Refunds After Completion
Due to the nature of hair and makeup services, all services rendered are non-refundable once completed. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, subjective opinion, or a change of mind after the service does not constitute grounds for a refund.
 

Trials and Reference Images
Trials are conducted to align on overall style and preferences. While the artist will replicate the agreed look to the best of their professional ability, final results may vary due to factors such as skin condition, hair texture, weather, lighting, or time constraints. Reference images are for inspiration only and do not guarantee an identical outcome.
 

Limitations of Liability
Canvaseety is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond the artist’s control, including but not limited to skin reactions, changes in condition on the event day, environmental factors, or client-requested last-minute changes. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised before every makeup application. Clients with sensitive skin and/ or are allergic need to inform the artist in advanced. Clients can either bring their own base products for the trial and/ or Actual Day, or opt for a sensitive skin trial where the artist will swatch their products on the client's face to see if any products cause a reaction. Canvaseety cannot be held liable for any damages or allergic reactions, with an exception to the artists' negligence.
 

Professional Discretion
The artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if expectations become unreasonable, if there is a significant misalignment in aesthetic vision, or if a communication breakdown affects the quality or professionalism of the service. Any payments made will be addressed in accordance with the company’s cancellation and refund policy.​

IMAGES

Canvaseety may use the images taken during session on the website and/ or in any advertising media platforms that is deemed appropriate. Should clients prefer not to have your images shared, do the artist know in advanced. Any photos or videos already posted without the prior notice will not be removed, barring unforeseen circumstances.
